*Miami: Through the Lens of Street Fashion - Week 10 We're both pretty excited to share this post with you! We had been itching to shoot in Little Havana for some time now and finally got around to it this weekend. While initially Annie wanted to hone in on the Cuban culture that shines through the small city, I had a different direction in mind.
We drove around in circles till I spotted this eerie looking home that had just the right amount of character to juxtapose Annie's tropical outfit. Don't be fooled, the abandoned home didn't feel inviting or safe, but the architecture definitely drew us in and made for a lovely photo opp. Matter of fact, the only signs of life in this home were the ever so camera ready black cat and the white rose that lay next to the iron gates.
I really love the way the hula hoop adds a fun element to such a spooky place, especially in the shot where it's in the air.
