While in search of the perfect neon yellow nail polish, I spotted a seemingly accurate color on my friend Kristy and immediately realized I had to have it. I didn't find the one she had on (yellow polka dot bikini by China Glaze) but I did find a very close alternative that puts all the neon colors to shame. Literally, so good it should be illegal? The color is called "Celtic sun (neon)" and I promise it is the perfect shade of neon yellow. The color itself is pretty clear, but that can be solved by applying a white base coat that will surely make the neon yellow pop. Make sure to let the white dry before you apply the neon, otherwise the polish will smudge. My choice of white polish was "White on white" also by China Glaze, but any white will do. Btw, I'm usually an Essie/OPI girl, but I was very impressed by China Glaze's neon selection. (Oh yeah, and this is not a sponsored post.)
